We perform energy audits in existing commercial buildings to access the building’s energy performance and then determine ways the owner or building manager can save energy. We will then work with the local utility company to obtain a financial incentive for all energy measures that will be incorporated into the building.
TEC Engineers can provide Energy Star Benchmarking (EPA’s Energy Performance Rating for Commercial & Institutional Buildings) using Energy Star’s portfolio manager to obtain a rating for your building and then determine ways you can save energy and improve on your rating.
In addition to the above, TEC Engineers specializes in geothermal heat pump design as well as variable refrigerant flow systems and our team has over (20) twenty years of experience in the design, installation and operation of geothermal heat pumps.
TEC Engineers can prepare MEP design documents and specifications for various commercial, retail, institutional and residential projects. We like to get involve in all types of projects, from new buildings, additions to buildings and renovations to existing buildings.
TEC Engineers can prepare cost evaluations and design drawings for existing chiller and boiler plant renovation projects.
We like to incorporate green technologies (reusable energy sources) in all of our MEP designs and we have over (30) thirty years of design experience.
